Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions

Oven from frozen

Instructions: For best results oven cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 45 mins Peel back film and remove the Yorkshire pudding and set to one side. Re-cover with the film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes. Gently stir gravy and place the Yorkshire pudding on the baking tray. Heat for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W 11 mins / 900W 10 mins
Peel back film and remove the Yorkshire pudding and set to one side.
Re-cover with the film lid.
Heat on full power for 12 minutes (800W) / 11 minutes (900W).
Remove film lid from over the potatoes and place the Yorkshire pudding back into the tray.
Heat on full power for a further 1 minute (800W) / (900W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Cooking Precautions

  • Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.
